Shore and John Burtis. Orders of <br /> Conditions issued to High Wood Water Co . , Colonial Gas and Richard Burp. <br /> John advised a letter was received requesting to Amend the PCO i e of Intent <br /> from E. L. Shore. He recommended it be issued with the add i t ion .of the con- <br /> dition <br /> on- <br /> dition concerning engineered structures on the enbankmen t. <br /> Vote: Motion made and seconded to amend the order of conditions to Edward <br /> L. Shore. Unanimous vote. <br /> Elliot Rosenberg questioned the procedure of an amended order as concerning <br /> D EE. He also questioned the standard for the difference between repair and <br /> new structure. <br /> ,John advised the regs state 50 . The Assessors state either or 50%. " The <br /> contractor has stated this is neer structure. Two permits were pulled, one <br /> for the demolition of the existing COttage and one for the new structure. <br /> An enforcement .order was issued to John Bu rt i s , 12 Riverside Road , Seconset t <br /> Island . An existing cottage on Hamblin Pond was gutted and totally' reconstructed, <br /> including a deck that was in the water. Pictures of Amos Pond were shown. <br /> The Commission was invited to visit the site and the input of the commission a�� <br /> solicited. They stated they are not looking for immediate action. The prof ec t <br /> is well through the state on the sewage treatment facilitY and an extensive '. <br /> i <br /> geohydrological water study has been completed . They do not as yet have a <br /> building type. Mr. Grasset to pointed out a village green concept making the <br /> units more dense in one area but leaving more green to the back. Set back in <br /> cleared area is 50 ft. and building i's in excess of loo ft . <br /> It was stated the sewage treatment is tertiary with chlorine for the nitrates . <br />
