Copies of the revised plans were presented. Mr. Lebel showed pictures <br /> f the existing pier. He stated the distance between his dock and abutter's i <br /> over 100 feet on either side. He advised his boat is 26 feet in length. <br /> Mrs . Ferriday questioned why the pier was not T-shape. Mr. Lebel stated that was <br /> in order to tie the boat off the dock in a Northeast storm. His neighbor has the <br /> same a r ranc rnen t, parallel to the shore. <br /> It was noted no comments were received from the Shellfish Officer. The area does <br /> have sorreuaho s bu h <br /> � g � but' they e are very sparse. <br /> Board of Appeals hcasrz been received . <br /> John Nugent, abutter, stated he feels the length of the dock to be excessive.' <br /> HEARING CLOSED, ORDER OF CONDITIONS WITHIN 21 DAYS . <br /> Daniel Thomas (Arrow Engineering) , 6 Frog Pond Close. Raymond stated straw bales are proposed to prevent <br /> siltation. John met with M r. Thomas and made suggestions for plantings to halt erosion <br /> and a well defined path from the roadway to the water be constructed with th vegetation <br /> on both sides . He also suggested the straw bale dike be at least 10 feet off the <br /> existing coastal ban1 . Vista clearing is requested. A letter from the Thomases re- <br /> questing the proposed amendments was presented. <br /> Ms Been rr an stated the set back from the top of the bank is 29 feet. M r. Rosenberg <br /> questioned the measurements. <br /> Mrs . Ferriday asked if the house could be roved 10 feet further away from the bank. <br /> Mr. Thomas advised six different designs have been made with assistance from John. <br /> The structure was mored back and turned around for a less desirable view. He adv i sed <br /> future plans for access to the eater are down the easement. John suggested plantings <br /> and it is planned for everything to be kept natural . <br /> Ms Beh rrnan stated the easement site i s completely cleared to the water with no root <br /> i structure.
