To construct and maintain additions and decks on an ex- <br /> isting <br /> - <br /> isting dwellkng . Chris Clark presenting . Mr. & Mrs. Gainesboro were present <br /> also. The proposal is to modify an existing dwelling by adding two additions, . <br /> one on the river side, the other by removing an unattached garage and replacing <br /> it with an attached garage and bedrooms. Upgrading of the septic system will <br /> conform with Title v and meet the number of bedrooms in the house. <br /> Mr. Clark advised that since the last hearing he met with .the Conservation <br /> Officer and researched old files to determine the outstanding orders of <br /> conditions . The house exists as originally proposed . -The one order of <br /> conditions discussed at the last meeting was for the dock which required <br /> revegeta t i on in the area stripped and this has not been done. This was the <br /> work of the prior owner. <br /> After- d i scu s i-on with Mr. Gainesboro, a letter to the Commission was written <br /> to state he L.�ould be happy to provide ars extensive revegetat ion at the back <br /> ot the house to the Conservation easement area. This revegeta t i on would be <br /> indigenous Plantings .. h i ch -,,jou i d regain control eros i onw i e oveer the bank. <br /> The walkway to the dock has been 'e tended landward to traverse the gully <br /> which should brine the bank back to its original state and provide a buffer <br /> between the house and resource area. <br /> In answer to the concern expressed by the Cofnmission re the size o f the deck, <br /> the Gainesboro family is satisfied that the deck on the side is adequate area <br /> together with the front area for outside activities . <br /> Mr. Clark stoted there will be no const rust i on equ i preen t to the water side of <br /> the house. A row of staked hay bales is proposed for the addition hearest <br /> the resource area to be removed after construction and the entire area to be <br /> landscaped . The addition i located where there is presently a cerment patio <br /> and no vegetation to be disturbed . The project is 50 feet from the water and <br /> 40 feet from the top of the bank. Attached to the Notice of Intent i a copy <br /> of the order of Conditions issued to the neighboring Yanoff Property which Mr. <br /> Clary stated was used as a reference. <br /> It was noted there is no Certificate of Compliance for either the house or dock. <br /> Mr. Clark stated the project should proceed with the mitigating measures proposed , <br /> everything cleaned up, the hay bales removed and the landscaping completers .
