With the stipulation pruning <br /> must -be no lower than three feet, the bank would be better protected <br /> than with large trees, <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to issue a Negative -Determination <br /> to M.L. Janower, <br /> Dr. an wer stated he strongly supports the Commission's works. <br /> 7: 45 - Winslow Realty Trust. Doyle Engineering Associates-wAgent. <br /> For roadway construction i thin 100 feet of a resource area at <br /> Deborah Bottles load, "Winslow H .ght " subdivision. Steve Doyle <br /> presenting. This filing was made at the request of the Cession. <br /> I <br /> The three resource areas to be dealt with are Deborah Bottles pond, <br /> I <br /> land under water., bordering vegetated wetland and the top of an in4m <br /> land bank. The road construction is not within loo feet from the <br /> resource area, however, the s lope. where loam and seeding is to b <br /> spread is within. They are proposing hay bales for siltation. <br /> John advised an Enforcement Order was issued requesting this part <br /> f the road layout, the only part that cache within 100 feet, b <br /> filed for. The Order was issued due to the slope created and the <br /> huge erosion gullies. They have regraded and reseeded with rye <br /> grass. t the end of April when the original on site was done it <br /> was high water at the 4244 foot contour* He recommended the <br /> project be conditioned with a suitable indigenous ground cover <br /> such as wild grasses to control runoff. <br /> Ir. Doyle ported out that the catch basin at the end of the cul <br /> e Sac is at the high point of the roadway to meet the formula <br /> in l ashpee s ub div ,s ion regulations. AI.1 the water from the cul <br /> e Sac will be running down to the other catch basins. There <br /> should b e no water run�o f f on the hill from -the roadway. <br /> i <br />
