Louise Be rman. <br /> Also present were Lisa Hanscom, Conservation Agent; Elizabeth Terry, <br /> candidate for mebersh i p; and Sue Billings of the Mashpee Messenger. <br /> The Meeting was called to order at 7: 00 p.m. <br /> o - Otis Drainage Easement , continued from July , 1988. Colonel <br /> rogna and Major Murray spoke for the Military. Col . Brogna advised <br /> . the new design of munitions storage has not gotten to the stage where <br /> it can be discussed. E. C. Jordan' s study has not been received . <br /> a ". urray stated one concern was for a legal description, as well as <br /> F a plot plan. He contacted the ACOS in New York and is concerned as to <br /> whether Maj. Orlow has an accurate lega�descripti n and plan. He <br /> showed a plan, not recordable, to the Commission. <br /> Lisa stated, in talking with Town Counse, it seems the Tin owns more <br /> :than is shown. She consulted the Town Assessorls Maps; Parcels 21 and <br /> 22 were not listed. She suggested he contact Pam Davis of the <br /> Assessors office. <br /> A memo and attachment listing discussion items was presented. Maj . <br /> Murray addressed ll items of concern expressed <br /> Scope Sof proposed munitions site work and impact on drainage easement : <br /> - p <br /> The location of the site is identified on the slide; impact to be <br /> slight . <br /> Col . Brogna stated a legal question has to be answered before the site <br /> work is begun.
