The Chairman <br /> stated the hearings are being held under Chapter 13 Section <br /> 0 of the Wetlands Protection Act and Chapter 172 of the <br /> Mashpee Bylaw, <br /> PUBLIC COMMN PERIOD: None, <br /> 7:00 MARTIN C. FOSTER for a Determination of -Applicability <br /> on removal of an existing deck and the construction of a new <br /> deck at 5 Secons tt Island Road. Randy Swetish presenting. <br /> Mr. Sherman stated he has seem it; it is an extension of an <br /> existing deck going over lawn area, He recommended <br /> negative determination. All work will be done by hand. <br /> Public comments: none, <br /> VOTE: lotion made and seconded to find a negative <br /> determination for Martin C. Faster. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:05 Al OSE JANEDY for a Determination of Applicability on <br /> the regrading of ars existing driveway with placement of stone <br /> at 156 Captaimfs Row. <br /> Nor.
