MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 8 August 1996 <br /> Commissioners present: John Fitzsimmons, Chairman; Elliot Rosenberg, <br /> Harry I esrosiers, David Sharpe, George Green Jr <br /> The Ch arm an called the meeting to order at 6:55 p.m. <br /> 6:55 PUBLIC COMMENT PNone. <br /> 7:10 MICHAEL L. STEER, 25 Tide Run, continued from 25 duly. Mr. <br /> Sherman advised this had been approved in concept but no plan was <br /> delivered. He suggested continuing <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> 'OTE: Motion made and seconded to end positive without prejudice unless <br /> the applicant agrees to a continuance to August 22, 1996 at :20 p.m. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> CONTINUED TO AUGUST 22, 1996 AT :20 P.M. <br /> 7:15 JERALD FISHMAN for a Determination of Applicahiity on the <br /> installation of an underground spriCAler system at 684 shore Road. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to end a negative determination subject <br /> to receipt of an annual maintenance plan including details for <br /> Bran' =' g the system. Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE PENDING, <br /> *20 ANTHONY PELUSI for a Determination of Applicability on a request <br /> to nxai.ntain an existing Chapter 91 and Town of Mashpee licensed deck and <br /> pier at 26 Melissa Avenue. Mr. Desrosiers stepped down for this hearing as <br /> an abutter. <br /> W. Sherman advised there is an Order of Conditions and Certificate of <br /> Compliance which should have had maintenance in perpetuity. <br /> Public li comments:: none. <br /> ".OTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br />
