MASHPEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes of 23 January 1997 <br /> Commissioner present: George Green Jr., Chairman Pro Tem, Harry <br /> Desrosiers, David Sharpe, John Johansen, <br /> Ralph Shaw. <br /> The Chairman called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD; None. <br /> 7:10 JOHN HILL-for a Determination of Applicability on the After-The-Fact <br /> permitting of an emergency septic repair at 5 Clamshell Lane. <br /> Mr. Sherman advised the emergency certificate was mandated by the Board <br /> of Health. He recommended a negative deternn'nation. <br /> Public comments: novae. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to find a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous ous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE DETERMINATION. <br /> 7:15 RICHARD C. BUMP, 404 Monomoscoy Road, continued from 9 <br /> January 1997. Mr. Sherman advised they are leveling ground. The Bearing <br /> was continued because it was not known what they would use for ground <br /> cover. It has been learned they will use pine needles; that is what is there <br /> noir. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to mid a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> N EGATI DETERMINATION <br /> :20 JOHN d.
