Mr. Nelson presenting. <br /> FIs Terri.o advised Ellis Allem was at the site and did an assessment. There <br /> will be an on-site prior to the cutting of the trees. <br /> Public comments: none. <br /> VOTE: Motion made and seconded to end a negative determination. <br /> Unanimous Vote. <br /> NEGATIVE IVE ETERMINA. Ills Marano presenting. <br /> Ms Terrio stated the area has no significant wildlife habitat; it is lawn that <br /> goes out to the rtaimm�g wall. It is encroaching into the 50 feet but it was felt <br /> an RISA would suffice. A.Title V septic system is in place. <br />
