Town ofashpee <br /> Conservation Commission <br /> minutes of Meeting <br /> July 20, 2000 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting was <br /> called to order at Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, <br /> Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6: 55 p.m. on Thursday, July 20, 2000 . <br /> The chairman, John Fitzsimmons, presided. <br /> Commissioners present-, John Fitzsinmions, Chairman; John <br /> Johansen, clerk; Carol Moore; Elliot loosen, and Ralph Shaw. <br /> Absent: Greg wirsen. <br /> .Also present.- Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent; and <br /> Diane Boretos, Assistant. Conservation Agent. <br /> quorum being present, the Meeting was called to order. As <br /> the first order of business the Chairman opened the floor to <br /> Public Corment. <br /> Public comment Period <br /> The Conservation Agent acknowledged the presence of Arlene <br /> Wilson, stating she would like to speak to a possible <br /> Administrative plan change for her client, Mr. Levine. <br /> Ms. Wilson explained her client ' s desire to demolish his <br /> existing dwelling and construct a new one. She stated the Cape <br /> Cod Commission hereinafter referred to as cG has approved the <br /> plan, subject t Town of Mashpee Board. of Appeal approval. <br /> At this point Mr. Sherman asked for clarification ori plan <br /> dates as there had been some discrepancy between that plan which <br /> has been approved b Conservation onservation Commission; and that which <br /> received approval from the Board of Appeals. <br /> Ms. Wilson made reference to a proposed change of the access <br /> off the deck. She presented a plan entitled, "Wetlands Permit <br /> Plan, Lot 31, Waterline Drive" , stating it to be the plan <br /> approved by the CCC, indicating access off the deck towards the. <br /> middle, running through a path to the pier. Upon approval from <br /> the Board of Appeals architectural details have been completed, <br /> and the actual house size has been somewhat reduced. The dog-- <br /> house on the side of the garage has been removed; as are the <br /> stairs located in the middle of the deck; as well as the stone <br /> steps from front to back on each side. <br /> Ms. Wilson stated the deck stairs are to communicate <br /> directly with the field platform in the front yard. She then <br /> made references to the plan explaining how access into the <br /> backyard would be obtained; as well as to the south side of the <br />
