Town of Mashpee <br /> Conservation Commission <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> May 2, 2002 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting was <br /> called to order in Conference Room #3, Mashpee Town Hall, 1 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6: 55 p.m. on <br /> Thursday, May 2, 2002 . The Chairman, John Fitzsimmons, presided. <br /> Commissioners present: John Fit sir mons, Chairman; John <br /> Johansen, Clerk Stephanie Jones, Associate Member; Carole Moore; <br /> Leonard Pir aud; Elliot Rosenberg, vice Chairman; and Michael <br /> Talbot. <br /> Also present: Robert Sherman, Conservation ori Agent f and <br /> .ane Boreto , Assistant Conservation Agent. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. <br /> 1. The Chairman presented Environmental Awards to <br /> The Cape Cod Commission, ill wbend Development Corporation, <br /> and Horsley Witten, Inc. (Environmental Consulting Firm) . <br /> Recipients had a moment to share their thoughts- pictures <br /> were taken for prosperity. <br /> Public Comment: None <br /> 7 : 00 Frederic W. Blythe, 228 wading Place load, continued <br /> from April. 4, 2002 . <br /> MOTION: John Johansen made a Motion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this smatter to May 16, 2002, 7 : 55 p.m. , at Applicant' s <br /> request; which Motion was seconded by Elliot Rosenberg and s <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Shepard Hoffman, 46 'Triton Way, to amend the Order of <br /> Conditions for SE 43-1618 for landscaping, Assessors Map 127, <br /> Block 83 . <br /> Mr. Sherman reported he and the Applicant have worked <br /> together very closely on the proposed landscaping plan. <br /> Appropriate plant species have been chosen for the bare spot <br /> above the revetment . <br /> MOTION: Elliot Rosenberg made a Motion to accept the <br /> Amended order in this matter;. which Motion was seconded by <br /> Michael Talbot and so voted unanimously. <br /> . Mr. Sherman explained request has been made from AFSFE, <br /> Certificate of Compliance, Asbumet Pond phosphorus treatment. He <br />
