7 <br /> Town of Mashpe <br /> Conservation -Commission <br /> Minutes .of Meeting <br /> May 30, 2002 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Conservation Commission Meeting was <br /> called to order in Conference ROOM , Mashpee Town Hall, 1 <br /> Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at p.m. on <br /> Thursday, May 30, 2002 . The Chairman, John Fitzsimmons, <br /> presided. <br /> Commissioners present : John Fitzsimmons, Chairman; John <br /> Johansen, Clerk; Carole Moore; and Leonard Pinaud. <br /> Also present: Robert Sherman, Conservation Agent. <br /> The Chairman declared a quorum to, be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. <br /> Public Comment - None. <br /> The Chairman advised the Revised Regulations - Public <br /> Hearing has been rescheduled for the next Meeting (6: 30 p.m, . <br /> 7: 00 Frederic R. and Lois Glass, 133 Tide Run, continued <br /> from May 2, 2002 . <br /> . Sherman noted that Mr. Grot s] e, representing Applicant, <br /> was not present; that Applicant is not prepared to go forward at <br /> the moment. He suggested the matter be continued. <br /> MOTION: Carole Moore made a Notion to continue the Hearing <br /> in this matter to June 1 , 2002, at 7 : 55 p. . ; pending <br /> Applicant' s agreement to said continuance, in writing, within <br /> five days, otherwise the matter is to be denied, which Motion <br /> was seconded by Leonard Pinaud and so voted unanimously. <br /> 7 .- 05 John Reardon, Determination of Applicabilityto <br /> construct a deck at 688 Great Neck load South, Assessor's Map 104, <br /> Block 0 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Applicant to be present. <br /> Mr. Sherman reported on behalf of the Assistant Conservation <br /> Agent, who recommends a Negative 11 Det rminat.ion. <br /> There being no Commission or public cormnent, the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion. <br /> M TIDIS: John Johansen rade a Motion for Negative 11 <br /> Determination; which Motion was seconded by Carole Moore and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br />
