i <br /> MASH PEE CONSERVATION COMMISSION <br /> Minutes f November 6, 2003 <br /> Public Hearing <br /> I a tepee Town Hall Meeting Room <br /> Commissioners present: Jack Fitzsimmons, Cass costa, Leonard Pinaud, Ralph <br /> Shaw and Michael Talbot. <br /> Staff present: Robert Sherman, Agent; Frances Wise, Board Secretary <br /> ,hack Fitzsimmons, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 6:55 p. . <br /> Public Hearing: None <br /> Non-Hearing Acienda <br /> Old Business: <br /> . Bob announced that the November 20th meeting will be held in Conferencd Room 3. <br /> 2. Vacancies on commission. Bob said we have letters of interest from Jeffrey cross <br /> and Lloyd Alien, who both have excellent qualifications. Bob recommended <br /> interviewing both men and having our liaison chuck Green present, <br /> 3. Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to elect Michael Talbot as <br /> Mice Chairman. <br /> 4. Motion was made, seconded and unanimously carred to erect Leonard Pinaud as <br /> Clerk. <br /> 5. Miller yrs. Town of Mashee. Bob said we have to formally Grote to allow Town <br /> counsel to dismiss this case. <br /> Lotion was made, seconded and unanimously carried to dismiss this case. <br /> i <br /> . SE-43-1696. Bob recently discovered some fetters from the company doing the <br /> Fells Pond revegetation treatment and he reviewed the Order of Conditions in it. While <br /> nothing hes seemingly gone wrong with the application: he doesn't think they are in <br /> compliance because the order of conditions mentioned one application per year, and <br /> there have been two applications in the past year, and they didn't notify us of the <br /> second one. He recommended that he write thea a letter stating that the tens of the <br /> Order of Conditions must be followed unless they want to amend i . <br />
