At that time you Mated that ou feel that the MCAC and I "hold the reams" as far as <br /> cable television services are concerned i� Mashpee. I respectfully disagree, sirl, and. I Feel <br /> confident that all meters o this committee concur. In fact, in spite of xray efforts to hold� <br /> committee together, it hm falten-apart as a result of the condescending treatment it bas been <br /> ,tpven by the Board of Selectmen. I am sincere in any hope that this memorandum will serve as <br /> a good first step toward.resolving some of these issues. <br /> Here are a few of my personal comphaints as Chairman. These and others are substantiated <br /> by members. <br /> 1. MGAC was never guested convene and submit an 'opion prior to the joint <br /> "Consortium"of Cape Cod.Towns. <br /> MGAC was not allowed to submit its recommendations to the same above "Consortium" <br /> for legal and technical counefl. <br /> Said above "Consortium" conducted meets which were not public by newer opening <br /> a me frog to the puhl <br />
