The meeting was turned over the Mr. Bill Shea who <br /> was asked to inform the board as weld as interested parties as to the most efficient way to <br /> proceed with improving the control room in the conference room as far as public viewing <br /> goes. <br /> Bill Shea: <br /> Mr. Shea has built and operated television studios arra worked at Brandies University for <br /> 2 years.
