Andy read the letter into the record and a copy is-attached'to the <br /> printed minutes of this meeting. <br /> The Board discussed in detail the proposal for 8 more lines at Police Headquarters...these lines are i <br /> addition to the lines for the Reverse 911 System. It was the consensus that: <br /> e Cable to pay installation/network interface charges. <br /> Jim Marr will obtain install do hoo - p costs. <br /> Cable Board will support Mems that can be done for community r as a whole and not items that <br /> are eapn requests. <br /> Andy will give Joyce a copy of proposal' pests list that is state approved. <br /> Joyce Mason and Jim Marr will draft a memo to the Police Department and Andy will let <br /> them know informally of outcome. <br />
