Lolita McCr y motioned to accept the minutes of May 13, 2003 a <br /> presented; Jiro Chisholm seconded this motion; and it was unanimously passed. <br /> It was also noted to make of record that: <br /> In the January 1 , 2003 minutes it is recorded that the next meeting would be held April 8, <br /> 2003. 'thus, no Cable meetings were scheduled or posted for mouths of February or March. <br /> At the April 8, 2003 meeting there was no quorum,but an informal meeting was held and <br /> olita M Cray made handwritten motes, which are attached to the printed set of these minutes. <br /> Police Department.. Andy suggested the Cable Board again look at the Police Department request <br /> for a console. Following discussion, it was decided that the Chief of Police or A] Todino, if Chief <br /> has not returned by then)will be asked to attend the September 9 Cable Board meeting to respond to <br /> some more questions--such as, is this an equipment purchase that's hu*lt into the onsole' Andy will <br /> contact the Police Department and Jim Marr will include this in his or Joyce's letter that is going to <br /> the Police Department from Selectmen's Office. <br />
