Jing Chisholm motioned accept the minutes of June 1 a corrected; <br /> .olita McCray seconded this notion; and it was unanimously passed. <br /> School Committee..Melissa Murphy,Patricia Parolski, and Terri Cook introduced themselves to the <br /> Board. Andy Efiason offered his suggested items to be referred to the Selectmen to get the Selectmen <br /> comments or questions. He reiterated that the Cable Advisory Board is a recommending committee, <br /> not an approving authority. A copy of the suggested item list prepared by Andy is attached to the <br /> printed set of these minutes. ''here was a lengthy discussion on the suggested items,which included <br /> the following: <br /> • Patricia Parolski stated they're going to look into DVDNCR combo machines, <br /> • When asked for her input,Joyce identified which suggested items would fall under the <br /> Advisory Board's finding and which should be considered operating budget items. <br /> Joyce reminded everyone that we should look at -year plan for the Town,n, rather than <br /> proposals submitted piecemeal. 'technology fund should be used for technology. Look at the <br /> whole picture. <br /> When asked if any of these items had been submitted to School Board, 'erne Cook said they <br /> all had been submitted and rejected by the School Board due to lack of budget funds. <br />
