LD <br /> TUESDAY,SEPTET R 15,2009 <br /> TOWN it - SETING Roots <br /> Present: Andrew Ehason <br /> James Chisholm <br /> Lolita Mra <br /> Absent: Peter Cohen <br /> Also Present: Rene Read,Assistant Town Manager <br /> David DelVecchio,,Director of Information Technology <br /> Meg Santos,Town Clerk's Office <br /> Andrew Blason, Chairman,called the meeting to order t 2:0 . <br /> Approval of NUnutes <br /> Janes Chisholm motioned to accept the minutes of the Meeting of August 11, 2009; Lolita Mc ray seconded the <br /> motion; and it was unanimously approved. <br /> Town Clerk's Office <br /> Andrew Bliason informed the Board that Debbie Dani,Town Clerk, submitted a request for DICT funds to <br /> replace the camera they use to tale passport photos. The camera previously used had broken and cannot be <br /> repaired. Lolita 1 le ray asked Meg Santos whether or not the Town receives any funds for taking these photos and <br /> Sieg responded that the Town get$25 for passport and. 10 for the photo. Jaynes Chisholm asked whether the <br /> camera equipment being considered would be supported;Meg said it 1s. If they have any questions or need repairs, <br /> they can go to the new company(Sony). Sieg also explained that Town Clerk's Office already has the pull-don <br /> vide screen for picture taking. <br /> A copy of Debbie Darni's e-mail request and the Payor quote of$1,417 for the replacement camera equipment are <br /> attached to the printed set of these minutes. <br /> Motion: Janes Chisholm motioned to recommend to the Board ofSelectmen the sun of$1,417 for the <br /> purchase of the Sony camera equipment package that includes supplies as identified in the Fakor quote of <br /> 9/9!09 for the purpose of making photos for passports available in the Town Clerk's Offlee. Lolita McCray <br /> seconded this motion;and it was unanimously approved. <br /> i <br />
