Joyce Mason, Town Manager <br /> David DlVecchio,Director of Information Technology <br /> Jeff Clough, Access Coordinator—Mashpce Public Access Studio <br /> Andrew Eliason,Chairman, called the meeting of MCAT Board to order at 2 p.m. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Lofita 1 cCray motioned to accept the minutes of the Emergency Meeting of April 29,2010 as presented; Peter <br /> Cohen seconded the motion; and the motion was unanimously.approv d. <br /> Mash,pee,Public Access Studio <br /> Jeff Clough,Access Coordinator of the Public Access Studio presented a proposal to the Board requesting funding <br /> for new HD equipment for the Access Studio. Jeff Clough said purchasing this equipment is a good way to jump <br /> into the HD realm, He said he is only looping for 1 portable setup. Mr. Clough handed to the Board a brief report <br /> on the Access Studio, along with his proposal and 2 quotes for the equipment he proposes to purchase, A copy of <br /> the report and proposal are attached to the printed set of these minutes. <br /> Before reviewing the proposal,the Board posed the following questions/comments to Mr. Clough: <br /> what's going to happen to the Studio? Major concern is that since we don't have a signed contract with <br /> Comcast things are in limbo. <br /> :MCAT Board has no information about the timetable. We heard at one port that Comcast will continue to <br /> operate the Studio for one year after signing the contract.Jeff Clough said he also has no information. <br />
