Regular Session - old Business #1 should read; The Board voted <br /> unanimously to appoint Carol Jacobson to the County Finance Advisory <br /> Board. <br /> 2 . Special Session - should read; The meeting convened at 9 : 10 a.ren. <br /> Mr. Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor,, <br /> X'P'-,-P-oi-NTMENTS HEAR-ING.� <br /> 1 . Peter DiNizio, as well as a number of other Mashpee residents attended <br /> representing his neighborhood to discuss the conditions at Attaquin <br /> Park. The issues he raised were 1 . safety of n ieghborhood s , 2 . safety <br /> of Attaquin Park at night and 3 . the use of Attaquin Parc by all <br /> Mashpee residents . He expressed to the Board his neighbor's concerns <br /> and the fact that they would like to work with the Board for solutions <br /> to these problems . <br /> Mr. DiNi io requested increased police presence in the surrounding <br /> areas of the Park. He also requested that entrances to the Part <br /> be closed off at dusk. He discussed the fact that his neighbors <br /> had been harrassed and intimidated at the Park and that the 'down <br /> has been unable to staff the Park for the same reasons , <br /> His recommendations were; <br /> 1 . Full-time police officer <br /> . Rules and regulations should be enforced; including <br /> Mashpee Town Beach Sticker <br /> . Try to revive Attaquin Park Committee - Mr, Gottlieb <br /> stated that the Committee had not been reappointed thi <br />
