Motion gassed. <br /> I Fee waiver request- Bogs 8& Girls Club <br /> Mr. Cram motioned to waive the fee for a 2000 food service establishment <br /> permit for the non--profit Boys 8 Girls Club of Cape Cod. Mr. Doherty seconded <br /> the motion.- Motion passed. <br /> . Permit requirement non-compliance — -Z Excavation <br /> Discussion tools place regarding -Z Excavation and their installation oftwo <br /> septic systems in l lash ee without proper permits. It was found that the <br /> company did not intentionally install the systems without permits. A former <br /> employee had told the owners of -Z Excavation that the permits had been <br /> issued. Board members decided not to pursue the matter but to issue permits <br /> to the two properties in question: 24 Bluff Avenue and 215 wheeler Road. <br /> .
