Mr. Ball motioned to accept the minutes of January 18, 1996, Mr. Cram seconded, <br /> all agreed. <br /> 3.) Draft article for Annual Town Meeting re: Human Service Comm. i Mr. Doherty <br /> commented, "One of the purposes listed for the committee is one the Board does not <br /> support." "I will contact Mr. Long to discuss the natter." <br /> Board "members agreed. <br /> . Board review - Commercial system "99 Restaurant" IIS-. Dana I oe� <br /> re resenting the "99 Restaurant" and 1r. Ron O'Brien, representing Baylor ConsItrn <br /> were in attendance. <br /> Mr. McQuaid relayed, "'Revised plans were not submitted to this office. 441 did <br />. � <br /> prepare written comments for the Board to review however, they are based on plans <br /> initially submitted." <br /> ' "Basically, what we have is a system that conforms to Title v <br /> Mr. Brien stated, Ba <br /> and additional Mashpee codes." "We meet all setbacks in depth to structures and things <br /> of that nature.' "We have been working with N r. vans and have come up with a system <br /> that conform to what Mashpee requires." "We did appear before the Zoning Board o <br /> Appeals last night." `There were some residents who were concerned about nitrogen <br /> loading on Mashpee River.,? '"We are outside of what is considered the delineated <br /> nitrogen sensitive areas for the I lashpee River and we made that point last night. <br />
