Crani, Steven R. Ball and John T.,Doherty <br /> THE TAPE IS NOT PART OF THE NMETING IT IS FOR THE PURPOSE of <br /> TRANSCRIPTION ONLY. <br /> rlr. Robert P. Cram, Chapman <br /> Mr. Cram stated, "Executive Session was called in order to discuss employee <br /> compensation time." "We've had some challenges as far as comp. time in the past and to <br /> alleviate that what w , the Board, have decided to do is that comp. time is going to be <br /> approved through and is going to be done at least one week ahead of time." "The reason <br /> being is because we, as a town as far as manning of the office, do advertise as being open <br /> 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and we're getting a fair amount of flack on that." "'Another thing <br /> where people have a choice as far as where they can go if they have to be at the Board of <br /> Health, they no alternatives." "our advertised office hours are 8:00 to 4:00.13' "1 think <br /> we've got to do our utmost to maintain it and keep-it that way.'1 "That is why we are <br /> asking as far as cop. time we have no problem here everyone has it coring but we got <br /> to have a schedule worked out so that comp. tine is not causing a problem as far as the <br /> office not being manned., "I don't want to point fingers or pick anyone in particular at <br /> this point, I think it has happened to 'more then one." `Those are the two gime things <br /> that I've got to say comp. time and the office hours." "Do Board members have any <br /> comments to make`" <br /> Mr. Ball questioned, `Who keeps comp. time?" "Is that going to be submitted to <br /> us once a week'?" <br /> Mr. McQuaid responded, "Ronnie keeps an accurate clay by day, week by week <br /> account of it." "What Bob's referring to is taking comp. time is to be approved by the <br /> chain=." <br /> Mr. Bal.relayed, "By the chairman or the Board one geek ahead." <br />
