Jane Peterson, Warne Tavares * <br /> 2 : 00 .m. - Chairwoman Thomas convened the meeting. <br /> Mo tion by Selectman Garland to approve the minutes of the December 29 , <br /> 1982 Regular Meeting. Seconded by Chm. Thomas . This is a vote.. - <br /> oo '.m. - Public Hearing on a Claus II Motor Vehicle License for Mr. George <br /> Frion of 77 Spur Lane , Marstons Mills , Ma. Chin. Thomas read the <br /> legal ad, and asked Mr. Frion if he could respond to the requests <br /> that were specified in the letter that was sent to Mr. Frion inform- <br /> ing him of what was n eded. Chm. Thomas asked lir. Fri on for the <br /> plot lan. Mr. Fri o aid that he' did not is it and that . theowner of the land did not have one either. Chm. Thomas made. note <br /> that Mr. Frigon instead of brinin ' receipts of notice to the <br /> abutters , he had brought the abutterp, Mr,, Monaco ,, with hire. Mr. <br /> Monaco is also the Lessor in this- situation but he is not. the <br /> owner of the land. Mr. Gregory Monaco- leases the land from someone <br /> else.' The Board requested a letter from the owner stating his <br /> appro51 <br /> val for a Class II License to be exercised on his property. <br /> hm. Thomas asked Mr. Fri on exactly ghat he plans to do if he <br /> ' gets the license, and she also asked how many cars would be on <br /> the property. . Mr. Fri ion stated that he likes to repair cars and <br /> that there would probably not be more' than ten to fifteen cars <br /> a year that he would sell. <br /> el. Garland started to make .a .motion, and Chin, Thomas interrupted <br /> to say that Mr. Craig Martin wanted to make a statement pertaining <br /> JU <br /> to this Public Hearing. <br /> Mr. Craig Martin stated he questioned Mr. Frigon' s integrity. He <br /> said that he had his car- engine replaced by .Mr.' Frion hL:�,, <br /> ri�� e':had <br /> is .: usiine s,- n'"-'Cotuit and that- it does not run. Mr. Martin said <br /> he was very bothered by the Town .'allowing this gentleman his li- <br /> 1 <br /> ense and that he had a difficult time finding where Mr. F'rigon <br /> had moved. Mr. Martin stated that he has, gone to the Better Busi- <br /> ness Bureau and that they had written to Mr. Fri gon, which they <br /> received no reply. Mr. Martin said that he had also. filed suit <br /> against Mr. Fri.cion. <br /> el. Garland moved to recess this hearing for one week without <br /> prejudice, untill all the papers are in and any necessary investi- <br /> gation. Chm. Thomas stated that the hearing would reconvene at <br /> .m, , next week, Chm.,,% Thomas seconded, 'the motion and said <br /> this is a vote. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 4 <br /> I <br /> 1. Motion by Sel. Garland to accept the low bid from Cargill, Inc, for <br /> $27,47 for road salt. Seconded by Chm. Thomas . - This is a vote . <br />
