Ernest <br /> Virgilio superintendent of Streets . <br /> chm, Thomas con' Veried meeting ' t p.m. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> l, Executive Secretary explained that a replacement was needed in. the <br /> iashpee Housing A uthori ty until the annual town e lection. ' motion by <br /> se.1. Hanson to appoint Mr, Arthur -McNulty to the Mas hpee Housing <br /> Authority until the next .town. election. Seconded by sel. Garland. This <br /> is' a unanimous vote. <br /> 2 . Executive- Secretary gave an update on the petition that was submitted <br /> in December refering to the dredging of the mouths of Great & Little <br /> Rivers . - - " sel. Garland asked who would be the proper, person to define <br /> the areas of dredging and the cost. Executive Secretary saii.d that the <br /> Hart ormaster, Ir. Chester Koblinsky could be the one. with the assistance, <br /> of Dr. Gaines . Chm,, Thomas agreed and said that Dr. Gaines had already <br /> made the review of Popponesset and has knowledg6 of, ne l d permits . <br /> set. Garland moved to refer the petition to Ir. Ioblins,ky as Harbormaster <br /> and he should approach- Dr. winos for his assistance and they. should <br /> prepare an article for Town Meeting, seconded by sel. Ha.nson, This is <br /> a unanimous vote. <br /> . on the memo regarding street. lights , the Executive secretary said that <br /> this was just to advise the Board. Motion by Sel. Garland and . seconded <br /> by sel. Hanson to authorize the Executive secrtatry to do whatever is <br /> necessary with concurrence of the Finance committee to transfer monies <br /> to cover this expense. This is a vole. <br /> . on the letter from- Nauset .Workshop, Inc. - to include their article ' ori the <br /> Annual Town Warrant,- sel, Hanson- moved that the article be included in the <br /> Annual Town Warrant. , Seconded by sel. - Garland. This is a vote. <br /> Executive secretary explained that the Acting Building Inspector needs <br /> more than two days a week to do a..good 'job. He also stated that he <br /> has been working full time and .with the regular Building Inspector having <br /> 24 vacation days , by paying two full' salaries during .this period, - the <br /> money will run out in- May in this account. Board discussed the original <br /> agreement, which was that he was- to- work only two days a week. sel. Garland feels that the- Board should rescind the original <br /> agreement an-d the 'Finance Committee should be approached-, Sel, Hanson said <br /> that he would like to speak to Mir. Watson,,, the Acting Building Inspector. <br /> Board had Nor. Watson come in, Chin. Thomas discussed the $1,770 , 23 and <br /> asked if this would be sufficient to maintain hien full time until the <br /> Building Inspector returned. chm. Thomas also reviewed the original <br /> agreement with Mr. Watson, S l. Hanson asked if -the schedule required <br /> him full time , Mr. Watson said that the inspections require hint to be <br />
