Terry to accept the minutes of the May 11 , 1983 <br /> Regular and Executive Session as written. Seconded by sel . Executive secretary said that <br /> there is going to be a workshop on Tune 8 . 1983 at Town Hall with the <br /> Ethics Commission dealing with the-. conflict of interest. law and these <br /> issues . Sel. Terry said that he felt this was good as most people do not <br /> understand the conflict of interest law. <br /> i <br /> 2 : 07 p.m. - vice Chairman Hanson opened .the public hearing on the a onal- Wine <br /> and malt beverage- -lic n e of the Cafe and -Raw- Bar at the Marketplace <br /> in Popponesset. Mr, Daniel auto',- Manager-, said that the premises <br /> would seat 88 individuals in- the Cafe and- the Raw Bar would have <br /> space for 4 . They hope to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. <br /> He said they would be closing between p,m. and 10 : 00 p.m, <br /> They would not stag open any later than the rest of the shops in <br /> the Marketplace . He showed plans . <br /> i <br /> Mr. Curtis Woodbury said that he- is against the liquor License. <br /> He feels that. if there is a need it should be filled. However, <br /> he said there are three establishments in the area, <br />
