Hough, Anthony Fiorentini, <br /> Deputy Cooper, Ernie Vi gillo, Marie Scalley, Mr. <br /> French, Anthony Ferragamo, Thomas Fudala, Drew Munro, <br /> Elizabeth eth Munro, Christopher Munro and Jennie Wood <br /> Chairman Hanson called the meeting to order at 7 p.m, <br /> Selectman Thomas moved to accept the minutes of the July 9 , 1986 <br /> regular and executive session. selectman Lawrence seconded. All <br /> were an favor... <br /> Appointments & Hearings <br /> 7 : 00 selectmen held a public hearing on whether the 'down should <br /> implement the Classification Act. <br /> Mr. Murphy read the public' notice which appeared in-the <br /> Falmouth Enterprise on July 2 , 19860 <br /> Mr. Morley stated the reason for this hearing was t <br /> determine whether or not the Board should classify commercial <br /> and industrial 'seperate from residential . The Board of <br /> Assessors recommended the 'down continue with a residential <br /> factor of one . <br /> electman ' Thomas moved to accept the residential factor <br /> of one . selectman Lawrence seconded. the vote was <br /> unanimous . <br /> Mr. Morley announced the Assessors would be publishing <br /> a list of the re-vats in the Enterprise and that a <br /> hearing would be held on the e-vats by the Board of <br /> Assessors on July 29 , 1986 . <br /> New Business <br /> 9) Deputy Long was in relative to the acceptance of the -bid from <br /> Chatham Ford for a vehicle to be used for fire prevent±ori. <br /> After much discussion as to the tanner this was handled - well <br /> as the actual cost of the vehicle, Selectman Lawrence • o ed <br /> o deny the request to accept the hid of Chatham Ford.. Selectman <br /> Thomas seconded. The vote was unanimous. <br /> Appointments & Hearin s <br /> 7 : 30 -- Mr. French was in to discuss the situation which came up <br /> March 26th when New England Telephone requested an 'additional <br /> pole in the Ninigret Avenue area to maintain proper--clearance. <br />
