Where was a continuance of a hearing relative to the <br /> application to transfer the Restaurant All Alcoholic <br /> Beverages l i cense of New SeabuNry Corporation d/b/a New <br /> Beabury Country Club to New Seabury Company Limited <br /> Partnership. Attorney Myron Fox explained that New Seaburry <br /> Corporate n transferred its assets to New Seaburry Company <br /> Limited Partnership. <br /> There was no opposition from the Public. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to transfer the Restaurant All Alcoholic <br /> Beverages license of New Beaburr Corporation d/b/a New <br /> Seabury Country Club to New Seabury Company Limited <br /> Partnership. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. All were <br /> in favor. Mr. Lawrence was not present for this hearing, <br /> 2, A follow-up t the meeting regarding Human Services <br /> Organization was held to obtain feedback from committees and <br /> departments involved. <br /> Mr. Greel i sh of the hoard of Health stated that the role of <br /> the Board of Health is not well defined in the preliminary <br /> outline and needs more work. He stated that he felt that <br /> the Board of Health should have a seat on the Human Sery i ces <br /> cabinet. Mrs. Jacobson stated that this was an oversight <br /> and that the Board of Health should have a seat on the <br /> cabinet, <br /> Mr. Murphy read a memo from Mike Corone l l a of the Community <br /> School relative to the Leisure & Youth Services Coordinator <br /> position. <br />
