There was no opposition from <br /> the public, <br /> Mr. Garter moved to grant a license to F"e io's, In . to- <br /> operate <br /> s i x coin-operated amusement devices at D'i <br /> Ellie's Flea Market. Mr. Gottifeb seconded the motion <br /> and Mr. Lawrence was in favor. <br /> 2* Paul Somerville attended to review the proposed She 'is <br /> Regulations for 1989 89 w i t the Board. <br /> Mr, Somerville discussed changes and additions to the <br /> regulations . These are as follows: <br /> Article I . , General Policies -- forma l l y communicated <br /> verbally, t i s regulation should prevent against <br /> problems that have occurred in the past; The Shellfish <br /> Department shall make every attempt to post and maintain <br /> signage along the shoreline regarding special conditions <br /> or regulations for individual areas. However, lack of <br /> signs due to vandalism or other factors will not excuse <br /> anyone for violations of properly posted and published <br /> actions or des i gnat i ons made by the Board of Selectmen. <br />
