Ron Bonvie, Diane Rommelmeyerp Elias McQuade t <br /> Jane Stockbridge, Paul Ott <br /> The Meeting was Called to Order by Chairman Carter at 7: 08 Pomo <br /> The motion was wade by Selectman Lawrence to approve the minutes <br /> i <br /> of February 20, 1991 Regular and Executive Sessions. <br /> The motion was seconded by Selectman Jacobson with the following � <br /> amrendment on page three. Under the water spigot at disposal entry <br /> -gate building paragraph four to read as follows; Selectman Jacobson <br /> noted the total cost 's not to exceed $100 per year from the Water <br /> District and the Highwood fee was $100 to $150 per six months for <br /> usage,. <br /> i <br /> With the above ammendment, the Board votes in favor of the past <br /> minutes. � <br /> i <br /> APPOINTMENTS AND HEARINGS: <br /> Southport: <br /> Mr. Doug Boyd was present to give an update of Southport to the <br /> Board. At the present time there are 103 valid building permits of <br /> actual condo' s on the ground. The 103 doesn' t reflect the ammendities <br /> building or sewerage treatment buildings. There are 22 occupanes <br /> in the 103 with no a r endities. <br /> Of the - 103 it' s basically one buildings one foundation, one <br /> ,u droplex rough framed and the others are pretty well finished <br /> explains Mr. Boyd. Southport hopes to pull 125 permits before the <br /> first of June. <br /> The 22 occupants in Southport have . signed an indemnification <br /> agreement with the Town that they will not hold the Town responsible. <br /> The occupants have moved into Southport knowing in full that the <br /> ammendities building was not finished and will not be until June of <br /> this year. <br /> Ron Bonvie could not go into detail. but explained there is an <br /> offer with a key investor involving a substantial amount of m ney. <br /> Of the depositors, 90% is in escrow and if someone chooses to <br /> back out, the deposit will be returned with interest. <br /> The Board of Selectmen have approved 15 building permits and <br /> Southport has currently used 12 so theme are 3 remain-ing. <br /> Doug Boyd reported of the anticipated revenue to the Town for <br /> 1990 including back taxes to be a, sura of $169, 225, <br /> It was noted the sewerage treatment plant i % finished. There <br /> has to be % of occupancy before it becomes on line. <br /> With concerns f r the donation of lana to the Town from Southport <br /> Mr. Bonvie explained the status with the Board. The gift has been <br /> promised and Resolution Trust has to sign the release of the mortgage, <br /> This land abuts Town land in john' s Fond and is approximately 14 acres, i <br /> i <br />
