a , air y BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES MONDAY, MAY 13: 1991 Present: Selectman Jacobson, Selectman Gottlieb, Selectman Hanson, Selectman Lawrence, Selectman Caffn Executive Secretary Kevin Je Harrington Town Counsel Joseph J. Reardon Guests: George Baker, George Costa, Mr. Finn, Dr. Petti, Jane a.bute, Ben Lofc ie:; John Doherty, Paul Ott The Meeting was Called to Order by Selectman Hanson at 7* 01 P.M Selectman Gottlieb made the motion to nominate Selectman Jacobson as Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. The motion was seconded b Selectman Lawrence. The vote of the Board is unanimous. Selectman Hanson made the motion to nominate Selectman Gottlieb as Vice-Chairman of the Board of Selectmen. The motion was seconded by Selectman Lawrence. The Grote of the Board is unanimous, Selectman Gottlieb made the motion to nominate Selectman Manson as Clerk of the Board of Selectmen. Selectman C of fyn seconded the motion* The Grote of the Board is unanimous, The above Officers will serge the Mashpee Board of Selectmen for 1992. Selectman Jacobson gave thanks for her appointment and welcomed Selectman Caffyn to the Board of Selectmen. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Selectman Caffyn rade note she will abstain from voting on the past minutes of the Board. The motion was made by Selectman an. Lawrenc to approve the minute of April. 29, 1991. The motion was seconded by Selectman Gottlieb. The vote of the Board is unanimous, The Grote is 4-0o Selectman Jacobson. asked for the minutes of April 30, 1991 be a.mmended to reflect on page 4 under Contwninated Shellfish Relay paragraph four to add; It is the consensus of the Board to continue to hold public hearings on this subject of concern. Selectman Jacobson asked the minutes be amended to reflect on page 5 under Joint Discussion paragraph three ; Selectman Jacobson noted the specific information of the audit should contain the School Committee spending of FY 91 into FY 92. Selectman Jacobson asked the minutes be a mended to reflect on page 7 under Sa.ntuit Pond Estates Association paragraph eleven to remove the water frontage owners and add The Beechwood Point owners, With the above arnmendments, the motion was made by Selectman Lawrence to approve the minutes of April. 3o, 1991 Regular and Executive Sessions, The motion was seconded by Selectman Gottlieb.
