Proposed installation of earthen NO[ <br /> ramp, kayak racks and mitigation plantings. <br /> Wayne Tavares from Wet Tech Land Design presented plans. Mark Walker, an abutter, was <br /> present. <br /> Agent said the number one priority is to find out who owns the easement. He recommends <br /> Land Court documentation be required before anything can be deliberated over. Mr. O'Neill, <br /> the Agent, and the Shellfish Constable met on site. The existing structure is not permitted <br /> and we're figuring out a way to accommodate it and tweak it so access can be granted here. <br /> No other comments. <br /> Mr. Colombo asked about any comments from DEP, Agent said there were none in the <br /> issuance letter for the permit. <br /> Mr. Dalton asked why they are cutting brush on the coastal bank, Wayne Tavares answered <br /> it's because of the weight. There's evidence of top laying brush, the weight will tear up the <br /> coastal bank. Proposed replacement of NOI <br /> retaining wall and installation of drywells with hard scape/landscape modifications. <br /> Tim Santos from Holmes & McGrath and Maria Hickey from Maria Hickey & Associates <br /> presented plans. <br /> Agent said this is pretty straightforward. It's just fixing a dilapidated low profile retaining wall <br /> and improving overall drainage on the site. No other comments.
