" However there was no- indication the applicant identified <br /> Likewise the assessment cards <br /> the type or dollar value of furnishings . " <br /> maintained by this office did not clearly contain any indication the <br /> furnishings were included in the assessment nor how the abatement dollar <br /> value for such furnishings was determined. In addition, based on our <br /> sample, the abatement application is not being completed in its entirety. <br /> The forms tested indicated the Tax Assessor's Office. is not furnishing <br /> such vital information such as: <br /> Notice and date of hearing. <br /> � I <br /> Property identification. <br /> Abatement amount voted. <br /> i <br /> Valuation amount. <br /> Adjusted tax. <br /> Revised valuation amount. <br /> �NARLES E.
