Commercial Property, 14 Sampsons Mill Road, Request for Title V Approval <br /> Mr. Harrington began by presenting the proposed engineered plans. <br /> Mr. Ball asked if the daily flow was under 600. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that the flow was 370. <br /> Mr. Ball replied that the amount of the flow did not kick in the BOH's regulation. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked for any comments regarding this property. <br /> Mr. Harrington replied that he had requested several revisions with the engineer <br /> since it was their first time dealing with the BOH's regulations regarding the <br /> installation of the primary and reserve areas at the same time. As well as some <br /> details and information regarding the bull run. He was dealing with an engineer <br /> that was up in Brockton. <br /> Mr. Doherty asked how close the location was to Augat. <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that it was north and west of the Augat plume. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to approve the Title V request. Mr. Santos seconded the <br /> motion. Motion passed. <br /> B. Commercial Property, 129 Industrial Drive, Request for Title 5 Approval <br /> Mr. Harrington stated that he just noticed an omission on the engineered plans. <br /> The plans were non-conforming due to the reserve area not being proposed to be <br /> constructed at the same time as the primary S.A.S. <br /> Mr. Ball made a motion to deny the request for Title 5 based on the fact the <br /> engineered plans were non-conforming due to the reserve area not being proposed <br /> to be constructed at the same time as the primary S. A. S. Mr. Santos seconded the <br /> motion. Motion to deny passed. <br /> C. Request for Variance: 11 Equestrian Drive, Fast System Monitoring Requirement <br />
