17 Cape Drive <br /> Cape Cod Appliance <br /> Thomas and Robert Sullivan <br /> Messrs. Sullivan shoed site plan layout for their proposed 6-unit office building. There followed length <br /> discussion,which included the following: <br /> • They have to keep natural buffer to meet requirements. <br /> • Cannot cut trees currently in buffered zone areas. <br /> • Cannot park in buffered area. <br /> • Has to re-work grades to protect buffer and put up snow fencing or something to protect area. <br /> • If area has no vegetation,then vegetate. <br /> • Augment buffer where empty. <br /> • Keep the pines,just clean area. <br /> • Building Site Plan...If you have unisex bathroom, have to go to Board of Health for their approval. <br /> • Applicant advised they already went to Board of Appeals for a variance to build. <br /> Conclusion: Building Plan and Sign stamped approved, but Applicant must return to Design Review with <br /> revised Site/Landscape Plans <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> The minutes of November 4, 2004 were approved as presented. <br /> Adjournment...Meeting was adjourned at 10:30 a.m. <br /> R ectfully submitted, <br /> J Giliberti <br /> Recording Secretary <br />
