Section 23 of 521 CMR, AAB <br /> rules and regulations, deals with parking issues. Section 23.3 deals with location. The only way this site <br /> design will accommodate these regulations is if each parking area in front of each unit is considered <br /> separate and distinct parking where any unit open to the public has the minimum number of handicap <br /> parking spaces. In this case a minimum of one van accessible space in front of each unit open to the <br /> public. A contractor showroom is an example of a public building. <br /> am also concerned with the gated gravel areas behind the buildings. Section H. (3) of the Mashpee <br /> zoning by-laws USE table 174-25 does not allow open lot storage of junk or salvaged materials.
