C. Budeet - A discussion on the budget and proposed software program took <br />place. <br />D. Super Swim — National 3 -mile being held here. Should have 200 —300 <br />swimmers. Parking may be set up at the fair grounds and will trolley people <br />back and forth. Gus called an organization that does timing. He will contact <br />Rich Havens from Forestdale. <br />E. New Member — Gus needs to call person interested. <br />V. New Business — , <br />A. Daffodil Days — May 6 and 7 (Saturday and Sunday). Reed Riberdy will be <br />doing the Car Show, kids safe summer, Arts and Crafts, food. Wayne Taylor <br />suggested running booster trailer for food. Don McCuish and Pat Riley could <br />help with the cooking. <br />B. Summer Camp — Sign-ups will take place at Quashnet School from 9:00 a.m. <br />to 12:00 p.m. on March 4th and 11'. Gus spoke with Sandra Feeley about <br />trying to do programs for kids in the summer. Don McCuish suggested a 4'h <br />of July Track and Field Meet at Route 130 or at the high school. Don will <br />r <br />help with agenda. <br />C. Long Range Plan — Gus went over the old plan that was written. Gus discussed <br />his view on long range planning. This would depend on town needs. Don <br />McCuish feels a representative from each group should join together. Don <br />McCuish explained how he would set up a long range plan. Wayne Taylor <br />will work with Gus to write a memo to the Selectmen to explain agenda of <br />proposed meeting with representative of Town groups. <br />VI Other Discussion - Discussion on fundraising took place. <br />VII Adjourn — Don McCuish made motion to adjourn the meeting. Wayne Taylor <br />seconded. Motion carried.
