to run certain types of projects decided by the parents (tutoring, parenting, <br />seminars, speakers). <br />IV Old Business - <br />A. Facility Usage - Trying to get a date from Bob Whritenour. Gus will be <br />seeing Dr. DeMoura tomorrow to get this meeting together. Also will discuss <br />with Dr. Moura fees and how we will bill certain organizations and how we <br />take care of custodial account. <br />B. Oktoberfest - Two major areas where there were changes - The Mashpee <br />Rotary Club will be running the Amusements this year by taking tickets for <br />the rides. Organization gets 10%. As the the Arts Council is not together this <br />year, we will be putting together crafts. Cape Aids Ministry will run the bake <br />sale. Leisure Services (Youth Center) is doing the dunk tank. <br />Gus reviewed the agenda for the Oktoberfest. Volunteers are needed to put up <br />tent. <br />V. New Business <br />A. Fall Projuammin¢ - Tennis started, and registrations are coming in for the <br />other programs. <br />B. Replacement - Sheila Arnold will send a letter to selectmen regarding a <br />replacement for our Leisure Services Advisory Council. <br />VI Other Updates - Gus needs to speak with Joleen Schultzabarger (School <br />Committee). <br />The new person seems to be doing well. Gloria will be leaving in December. We <br />will be replacing her. Gus feels he will need to put in for additional staffing. <br />Sheila Arnold had a question on the hiring process. A discussion took place on <br />hiring policy. <br />VII Adiournment -Pat Antonellis made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 PM. <br />Pat Riley seconded.
