• <br /> MASHPEE HIGH SCHOOL BUILDING COMMITTEE MINUTES <br /> OCTOBER 26 , 1993 <br /> TOWN HALL <br /> Present: Merry Sue Ahlgren, Bill Martiros , Janice Mills, Bill <br /> Jones, Peter Dinizio, Joe Polito <br /> Greg Taylor, Tom Fudala, Dr. Lincoln DeMoura, Bob Writenhour <br /> Carl Franceschi , DRA <br /> Absent: Steve Greelish, Paul Griffin , Linda Murtha <br /> Meeting convened at 4: 15 p. m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> **Ms . Ahlgren made a motion to accept the minutes of October <br /> 19 , 1993 . Ms. Mills seconded the motion. All members <br /> were in favor. ** <br /> MEETING WITH ARCHITECT <br /> Carl Franceschi was present. He discussed the status of some <br /> issues . They are in the process of putting together a draft of <br /> the facts and criteria which exists to date. <br /> • They are waiting for the appraisers value. He spoke with Ms. <br /> Anderson from Casey and Dennis and they are waiting for the title <br /> examiner' s information. Presently, they are gathering market <br /> information. They will have a final report by Nov . 15th . They <br /> want to be sure the town has authorized them to give information <br /> to DRA. <br /> Mr. Franceschi presented a copy of the geotechnical report from <br /> GZA. <br /> Bob Writenhour stated the appraisers need a copy of that report <br /> asap and he will forward it to them. He spoke with Richard <br /> Dennis (Casey and Dennis) who said there is still some <br /> information they need, including title examiners work. They will <br /> complete the work by Nov . 15th and can come to a meeting prior to <br /> that with an opinion of value. He will tell them to work closely <br /> with Carl and DRA. He stated the information they present will <br /> be confidential and should be discussed in executive session . <br /> Mr. Writenhour also spoke with the title examiner who said his <br /> report will be finalized 1 week from today . He linked the <br /> appraiser with the title examiner to expedite this work . The <br /> title examiner said it was a more complicated project than he <br /> thought; he followed through as a favor to Bob Mills . <br /> Carl spoke with the MA. Historical Commission and their <br /> • preliminary assessment is both sites are equally as " likely" to <br /> encounter something that may require further archeological <br /> investigation . He also spoke with Hazel Oakley from Mashpee <br /> Historical Commission and sent her copies of the location maps so <br /> 1 <br />
