Paul suggested forming a subcommittee . A lot of these are technical issues .
They can make a recommendation to the full Committee .
The Committee preferred to review this as a whole at first and then can
form specialized subcommittees .
The Committee agreed to meet from 3 : 30 to 5 : 00 by themselves to discuss the
report . The consultants will join the meeting at 5 : 00 p.m.
Ed Frenette said there are some items they cannot progress on until they
have decisions . The schedule could slip a week.
Ray said some of the work which is progressing now is being subject to re-
design. He is worried if they have to re-visit the floor plans . He was
not expecting programmatic issue to be part of the scope of the workshop .
Bob Fournier said it is unfair to ask for decisions of the Committee
tonight .
If the schedule has to slip one week it is well worth the slip .
** Merry Sue made a motion to adjourn at 7 : 05 p. m. Paul seconded
the motion. All members were in favor. **
NEXT SCHEDULE MEETING: TUESDAY, AUGUST 2 , 1994 AT 3 : 30 P. M.
Minutes submitted by Arden R. Cadrin
