It will require a <br /> door be added to access the courtyard. <br /> The Committee discussed the implications of this, the security issues. <br /> Paul suggested a magnetic lock on the door which opens for fire alarms and <br /> can be programmed to make it useable. <br /> The Committee agreed to add the door to access the courtyard. <br /> Dan suggested adding a slab outside of the gym for team use, etc. <br /> Ray suggested there also be a crosswalk there, to cross the parking lot to <br /> the fields. Use brick instead of just paint. <br /> FEE INVOICES <br /> Chartwell recommends payment of the SMMA invoice for services for the month <br /> of August. <br /> ** Paul made a motion to authorize the Selectmen to approve for <br /> payment the SMMA invoice for $102, 183.07 . Steve seconded the <br /> motion.
