The purpose of this <br /> meeting is to award the general contractor contract for the High <br /> School project. If possible, a time early in the meeting would <br /> be helpful as the architects will be meeting with the Building <br /> Committee at 4 : 00 p. m. that day and then waiting to attend this <br /> meeting. <br /> The Committee's previous request to meet with the Selectmen on <br /> Tuesday April 18th can be disregarded . The Committee does not <br /> feel they will be ready on that date to award the contract. <br /> Thank you for your assistance in this matter. <br />
