Granger& Sons, Inc. $18,182,000 <br /> The bid submission of all three low bidders appears to be in compliance with the Bidding <br /> Documents. <br /> The Stone Building Company appears to be the low bidder. We have contacted several of their <br /> references, see SMMA correspondence, dated April 19, 1995 and attached herein.
