In the meantime , the Committee will know
the impact and the cost .
Joel said they will meet with Dr. DeMoura to understand the space
needs . Ed said with Dr. DeMoura' s program, they will try to do
the minimum amount of modification to the base design.
Athletic Field Lighting
Joel explained the Committee has asked that coin operated
lighting be added to the tennis/basketball courts . He just wants
the Committee to know what they are getting .
- Present the problem to Gus Fredrick, since it will be under his
supervision.
- Look for .Lighting that has a faster re-start. time .
Dr. DeMoura agrees there will the potential for vandalism,
especially at the basketball court .
Paul agrees the basketball courts are a concern .
Joel will call Gus , ask if he knows of a place that has this
system, ask what problems they have had with it .
Bill thinks they should keep the basketball courts lit. , let the
kids play whenever they want . Kids have no place to get , this
will get them off the street .
Paul. said communities with good youth programs have less
problems .
