The job cannot go <br /> faster than what Stone ' s office submits for approval . <br /> Paul said the office is not getting the message . <br /> Budget and Expenditures: Tom and Paul are working on developing <br /> a summary form for Committee members . <br /> Figure as of end of July, Stone is about $1 million behind. <br /> The committee has spent a total of $3 . 5 million on hard and soft <br /> costs , which leaves $25 . 2 million. <br /> FF&E: $4 . 7 million budgeted, expended $17 , 152 to Manny Tavares . <br /> Professional Fees : $1 . 52 million expended with a balance of <br /> $560 ,000 , before the additional fees voted. <br /> There has been 1 change order approved for $77 , 783 , with none <br /> expended. <br /> Paul told Tom to give Anne Shaw Stone ' s cash flow projections , it <br /> is the best advise we have . <br /> OTHER MATTERS <br /> - Federal EPA Permit : Joel explained they helped Stone file for <br /> this , it was just paperwork. <br /> Paul asked where they stood with the filing for the change order <br /> work? <br /> Joel said they met with the Cape Cod Commission, they provided a <br /> classification that it falls under, category #2 . <br /> Paul wants to make sure there is approval before authorization <br /> any work. <br /> - FF & E: Paul spoke with CCR and Manny Tavares and asked them to <br /> produce minutes of any interim meeting they hold and those will <br /> be sent to all Committee members . <br /> Merry Sue noted the next FF & E meeting will be Thursday Sept . <br /> 7th at 3 : 00 p.m. <br /> Janice told the Committee that Mike Pietrowski has come upon <br /> $50 , 000 worth of software for the town (carbon copy) . <br /> - Joel issued the proposal for the tennis court lighting . <br /> - the Committee discussed the retention pond. It is 22 feet deep <br /> and terraced ( 3-1 ) . It is a detention pond, the water is <br /> supposed to leave . The Committee should continue to think about <br /> a fence around it . Specs do not call for a fence now. <br /> Dr. DeMoura thinks it is practical to fence it. <br /> The will continue to monitor it during the job, if it holds water <br /> they will consider fencing it . <br /> 5 <br /> J <br />
