Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for approval and payment of $805,175.00 for request #4 of Stone Building Company. Peter D. seconded the motion. All were in favor. P. Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for approval and payment of $16,695.00 to Chartwell & Co. for basic project management through September, including overtime for the months of August and June. Peter D. Seconded the motion. All were in favor. A discussion with Town Counsel will be held to discuss overtime. P. Griffin moved ( under protest ) to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for approval and payment of $15,200.00 for phase 1 design work on road to entry of the site. Peter D. Seconded the motion. All were in favor. Draft Change Orders Change Order #2: To change the auditorium seats from wood to upholstery at the cost of $41,000. For changes required by D.E.P. in design of the WWTP at the cost of $10,800. For changes in the Kitchen Equipment at the cost of $15,000. P. Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for approval of $67,6400 for Change Order #2, as listed above. Peter D. Seconded the motion. All were in favor. Change Order #3 : For changes in piping from a 6" line to a 10" line in the cafeteria under the slab and rolloff drains. This will be reviewed at a later time. P. Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for approval $14,372 to Stone Building Co. for adjustment in areas of sketch SKP 6, 7, and 8 on response #RFI #85. Peter D. Seconded the motion. All were in favor. Chartwell will pursue a cost on a roofing inspector and UTS will be on site tomorrow to inspect. P. Griffin moved to adjourn the meeting at 6: 30 p.m. Peter D. Seconded the motion. All were in favor.
