Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for <br /> approval and payment of $805,175.00 for request #4 of Stone Building <br /> Company. Peter D. seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> P. Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for <br /> approval and payment of $16,695.00 to Chartwell & Co. for basic <br /> project management through September, including overtime for the <br /> months of August and June. Peter D. Seconded the motion. All were <br /> in favor. A discussion with Town Counsel will be held to discuss <br /> overtime. <br /> P. Griffin moved ( under protest ) to forward to Mashpee Board of <br /> Selectmen for approval and payment of $15,200.00 for phase 1 design <br /> work on road to entry of the site. Peter D. Seconded the motion. <br /> All were in favor. <br /> Draft Change Orders <br /> Change Order #2: To change the auditorium seats from wood to <br /> upholstery at the cost of $41,000. <br /> For changes required by D.E.P. in design of the WWTP at the cost of <br /> $10,800. <br /> For changes in the Kitchen Equipment at the cost of $15,000. <br /> P. Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for <br /> approval of $67,6400 for Change Order #2, as listed above. Peter D. <br /> Seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Change Order #3 : For changes in piping from a 6" line to a 10" line <br /> in the cafeteria under the slab and rolloff drains. This will be <br /> reviewed at a later time. <br /> P. Griffin moved to forward to Mashpee Board of Selectmen for <br /> approval $14,372 to Stone Building Co. for adjustment in areas of <br /> sketch SKP 6, 7, and 8 on response #RFI #85. Peter D. Seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor. <br /> Chartwell will pursue a cost on a roofing inspector and UTS will be <br /> on site tomorrow to inspect. <br /> P. Griffin moved to adjourn the meeting at 6: 30 p.m. Peter D. <br /> Seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />
