PA Landers cannot work on the outdoor lights and track fence until Stone <br /> finishes the work around the track area. <br /> They have not made a lot of progress on the additional fields in September <br /> because of the rain. <br /> Tom said PA Landers is looking for relief for not completing the road work <br /> in time because NYNEX prevented the work. <br /> Paul said the contractor is responsible for non performance by the utility <br /> provider. <br /> Joel said they will look into that . <br /> Payment Application to PA Landers . <br /> Joel certified their interim payment . Tom said the prevailing wage is in <br /> order through the end of August . <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their approval <br /> and payment PA Landers first interim payment for $127 , 347 . 50 . <br /> Merry Sue seconded the motion. <br /> She asked what percentage this is of their contract? <br /> Tom said the contract is for over $1 million. <br /> ** All members were in favor. <br /> FF & E TECHNOLOGY <br /> Mike Kirwin was present . He asked if the two HB interim payments were <br /> processed at the last meeting? <br /> Tom Wren said only the first one was , the second one will be acted on <br /> today. <br /> Mike said he had to explain the invoice process to Edgestar. They will <br /> revise their invoice and submit a new version to be acted on. <br /> Paul said $163 , 000 represents about 20% of HB ' s contract , does Mike feel <br /> that is adequate to cover their work to date? <br /> Mike said that is the second application for payment . They have actually <br /> done about 60% of the work. <br /> Paul said their schedule shows they won' t finish the project ect until late <br /> November, is that still the target date? <br /> Mike said the as built schedule pushes it out that far. <br /> Paul asked if the TV studio was complete? <br /> Joel does not know. <br /> After the punch list is complete , can we consider putting equipment in <br /> there? <br /> Jim said it is close but last week, when the request was made , they were <br /> not ready. He thinks within 1 week they can. Joel agreed. <br /> Paul asked Mike if he is assured the value of the equipment is on site? <br /> Mike said he has not personally seen it . Mike Pietrowski has inventoried <br /> it . <br /> Paul suggested, before the next payment request , Mike Kirwin double check <br /> the inventory. <br /> 3 <br />
