j I <br /> • Tom presented two bills to the Committee. As You Like It <br /> Cleaning two invoices for $376 . , one for moving furniture and the <br /> other because Stone did not satisfactorily clean a few rooms . <br /> Both are back chargeable to Stone . <br /> Colonial Gas : Tom said because this bill is in the Town' s name , <br /> it should be paid and back charge it to Stone . Paul asked why the <br /> utilities are in the town' s name? They should be put back in <br /> Stone ' s name ( along with electric ) until substantial completion. <br /> He asked Tom to notify the gas and electric company - send the <br /> letter to the utilities and Stone . <br /> ** Paul made a motion to forward to the Selectmen for their <br /> approval and payment two invoices for As You Like It <br /> Cleaners for $376 each. Merry Sue seconded the motion. <br /> All members were in favor 5-0** <br /> - Superintendent ' s office space . Not much is going on. <br /> Dr. DeMoura said he had hoped to spend the day before and after <br /> Thanksgiving moving in. <br /> Paul said he has been pushing Stone on this. It is just the walls <br /> and painting remaining . He will but more pressure on them to do <br /> that . <br /> • Teachers Requests for items : Paul said they have proceeded to do <br /> some of the work. <br /> Merry Sue said the classrooms need takable space . <br /> John Williams said his office needs takable space . <br /> Paul asked John if he wants it added to the classrooms? He does . <br /> Everyone discussed the possible locations for that . <br /> Merry Sue said every classroom should have a takboard in the same <br /> location. <br /> It was agreed the "nook" next to the teachers computer station <br /> would be the best spot . John will poll the teachers . <br /> The Committee reviewed some of the other requests . <br /> - shop teachers wants one of the electrical boxes in one of the <br /> shops set up differently than on the drawings . <br /> - shop teacher wants a fire pull box inside the classroom, in the <br /> small engine repair shop. <br /> - John Williams mentioned we do not yet have the cordless phones <br /> for inside the building . Tom will follow up on that . <br /> - magnetic markerboard with grids . There are a couple in the <br /> building . They may have to be moved. <br /> - microwave and refrigerator, for the guidance suite . <br /> - slide projector screen <br /> - Mike Pietrowski said he mentioned to Mike Kirwin, in May, there <br /> is no phone or computer jack in the TV control room and no <br /> telephone in the audio control booth. He wants 6 jacks in the <br /> studio for when they do the telethon. <br /> • Joel said he never heard about this request before . Mike did <br /> submit a discrepancy form. <br /> 5 <br />
