Joel sees non compliance by Stone , <br /> he notifies them and they keep working. <br /> Joel said the only recourse is to cut their pay requisition. <br /> Paul said he spoke with David Doneski , town counsel , about this issue . Mr. <br /> Doneski has the correspondence from the building inspector regarding his <br /> issues and is reviewing the contract . He will get back to Paul and then the <br /> Committee can address it with SMMA. Mr. Doneski has to interpret the <br /> contract and see what the legal obligations are . We should wait to see what <br /> he has to say before setting up any meetings. <br /> Paul will send this letter from Ed to town counsel . <br /> THE NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING IS APRIL 9TH 4 : 00 P.M.
